I didn't need SPOT until my dog's leg…
I didn't need SPOT until my dog's leg was injured. And then it was a flurry of visits, X-rays, and medications. SPOT processed my claims and paid quickly. In addition, I received an EOB for each claim explaining how they arrived at the payment.

Great response!
I have never use my insurance but for the first time I did, and they were very helpful and responded quickly no questions asked, I’m so happy to have this insurance for my Toby baby❤️

The company did exactly what was advertised.
The company did exactly what was advertised! I received 80% back after paying over 8 thousand in vet bills for an emergency surgery. The process was quick and easy, and I received the money within a few days of filing my claim.
