A little confusing at first but with helpful staff better experience
We got a response fairly quickly but were not told as t first we needed to fill out paperwork to complete the claim. A supervisor helped us and we were able to receive our claim after that! I wish I remembered her name as she was very helpful and took the time to make sure it was correct for us! Would recommend Spot to people and in fact have done that!

Spot has been very responsive with claims. I do wish it was a little easier to navigate your personal coverage. I also wish there was a little more transparency about how to manage your plan. I'm always a little suspicious of anything that doesn't let you easily cancel or opt out. So far I've been satisfied, but if issues were present it seems like you would have to jump through hoops to address it.

You should insure your pet or pets
The policy is affordable and easy to understand. I have had my pets insured for years with Spot. Claims are processed quickly. Customer service is always kind and efficient.

I am pleased with my coverage for my dog Benni. He got sick and this ins. paid all benefits for him, but now I see all my pets insured with SPOT are having their rates raised by quite a lot upon renewal. Some ins. I haven't even used. Very disappointed and I'm looking for replacement ins.

I would have given a 5 star but…
I would have given a 5 star but documents kept getting lost and I could not get anyone who could review with me wheat was there and what was still needed to complete the claim from two vet clinics. Finally it was taken care of and was as the policy states so that was very nice.

Good experience.
I have found the insurance worthwhile now that I have met my deductible. I find the measurable price increase a little hefty. However, your handling of claims is prompt and efficient.
