Submitting the claims was easy
Submitting the claims was easy. My German Shepard Dog is 9 years of age and my original vet wanted to cut her digit/toe off I found a vet that was willing to treat the toe first with antibiotics. Spot recognized what I was going thru and supported me 100% and my new vet! I am not an actor just a happy customer

Paid within days, no extra paperwork or emails
I was pleasantly surprised when i submited my claim and it was accepted and a check was in the mail within days of submitting.
