Reimbursed over 50% of Emergency Visit
I was giving over half of my dog's emergency visit back, which was extremely helpful. I paid around $735 and got $444 back. Thank you spot!

Great customer service Would’ve given…
Great customer service Would’ve given five stars, but I’m still waiting for a For an appeal to go through. Otherwise, payment has been fast for other services

It was our 1st time submitting a claim
It was our 1st time submitting a claim. Everything worked OK though I would like all those" tips" provided after we sent the claim form to be shown to us earlier. I mean we were instructed to send receipts, which we did, but only later we were told to submit detailed reports as well, hence was the delay.

Fast claims processing and reimbursement. My only critique is Spot doesn't give an explanation of what was covered and paid and what wasn't and why.
