spot pet insurance is a wonderful company to work with. They process claims in timely manner. only thing I would like them to do is let the vet submit the bills for me at the office. Even though they are simple to do on line.

You all are phenomenal!!! Little Arthur was seen on Wednesday, the claim was process by Thursday, and the reimbursement was in my account by Friday afternoon. Plus customer service was incredibly helpful!!!

I sincerely appreciate Spot Pet Insurance. Their website is very easy to submit a claim, and they promptly tell you if they need more info, if the claim is denied, or if they will pay it. I'm impressed. I've had pets all my life, and never have I had insurance. But I will from now on.
