Once again
Once again, Spot’s ease of submitting a claim through their app was quick and without issues. The claim was reviewed, processed and paid within 10 days.

Their website is easy to navigate and communication is prompt. Requests for additional documentation were easy to understand and upload. Reimbursement was provided in a reasonable amount of time and explanation of coverage was clear.

SPOT is spot on!
We got Spot because we heard it was the best. After doing our research we knew they were best. Our Husky got a lump on his lip and we took him to see the vet. They did a lumpectomy on him to rule out cancer. After filing the claim we were approved in days. Spot is 💯 the best decision we ever made. We just added our newest member of our family and saved with the multi-pet plan.

BEST DECISION for piece of mind!
We are so happy we chose to get our Lola covered with Spot Pet Insurance! We chose to get coverage a few months after we got her and I did my share of researching different companies. She has had a few visits to the vet for minor things and we have had piece of mind knowing she is covered. Their claims process is very easy and payouts are quick! We appreciate their vet advice line also and have used it once! We have gladly recommended Spot to our friends and family as well. No doubt the best decision for our furbaby!
