So Worth It
I got my cat as a kitten in November and immediately insured her for accidents and illness. About a week ago I came home to her limping and only the emergency vet was open. The total bill was crazy but Spot covered 80% after my deductible. The claim was easy to make on the app and I was reimbursed in about a week. It's worth it just to have the peace of mind in that moment and not have to question going to the vet or waiting because of the cost.

Amazing coverage!!!
I am honestly shocked that this has been such a good experience as working with insurance companies (for any living creature) is usually a nightmare. It is SO easy to submit claims. The claims are reviewed in a timely manner, and checks are issued if warranted. Spot doesn't make customers jump through unnecessary hoops, which is greatly appreciated. I wish I would have signed up sooner!

So glad I have this insurance. They made it so easy to put in a claim. The claim was paid within a week.

easy and painless Just uploaded the invoice, waited a bit and got my money. Although I hope no one actually has to use this, it does help when you do.

We LOVE Spot!!!
Great quality service and excellent coverage!!! Spot cares and their customer service reaches out with a death of a pet as well! They even have 24/7 vet calls if you have any issues or emergencies!
