The app makes things easy to navigate…
The app makes things easy to navigate and process/receive claims. Our fur baby had to go to the ER and so thankful we had insurance to help cover majority of the cost and reviewed reimbursement within a few days. I was hesitant at first, but glad we have Spot insurance.

Decent premiums, quick reimbursement turnaround.
Decent monthly premiums. You can choose your deductible and I always get reimbursed within approx 5 to 6 days after I've submitted a claim. So far it's been a good company to have our insurance with. (We have cats and a dog.)

Direct deposit is the way to go.
Filing my claim was super easy. It's been a couple of weeks and I am still waiting for my reimbursement. I have since filed for direct deposit.

I think Spot is very fair
I think Spot is very fair. The only problem I had was they would not reimburse me for prescription dog food which my dog needs for his pancreatitis.

The company is doing well. Glad they reimburse for certain and most things (vaccines, exams, etc.). Honestly wish they would base it on percentage of what vet charges rather than a flat fee, to be honest

Processing Reimbursement is easy and contact by phone is helpful. We had to challenge the denial of a claim, but it was subsequently approved.
