I currently have their accident and illness plan, and I’m definitely adding the wellness plan when I renew. Our dog had an ER bill that was fairly significant after ingesting something. Our insurance claim was approved at the % I requested on my plan. I had a check in two weeks. No hassle.

Spot Pet insurance is great!
Spot has made it very easy to file a claim. There is a very quick turn around and the reimbursement is sent directly to my checking account. Everything is simple and easy.
