Unbelievable
Unbelievable! I was not expecting a pet insurance company to come through on paying out on a claim for my pet's care. They took care of the claim quickly and efficiently, the process was easy. I was very pleasantly surprised and have already told my friends.

Easy claim filing and quick reimbursement
My dog had unexpected major surgery. The claim filing was simple and straightforward, Spot sent regular updates, and my reimbursement was paid just 2 weeks after filing. In a really stressful time it was reassuring that filing a claim was so easy. And my dog is healthy again!

Spot makes claims simple
Spot makes claims simple. And more importantly, they actually approve claims. There's always a concern that insurance isn't going to cover things, but we've been able to submit the documents we got back from the pet hospital and a few says later the payment was made.
