I like how Spot promptly acknowledges every submitted claim. That helps eliminate the guessing game of if my claim has been received. I also appreciate the professional courtesy when I have called with questions concerning my policy and/or claims. I am happy that I chose to insure my furry friend. It gives me peace of mind.

Good service. A little dissatisfied with some.of the things not covered

Very easy to use, quick response and reimbursement of covered cost.

So far I have been very pleased with SPOT insurance. They are quick to respond to my claims,& quick to process. There are just a few little changes I wish they’d make. I wish it was a little easier to see exactly what the amount was you were reimbursed for a claim. It’s a little tricky to see and wish it just said it in the email they send, saying your claim was processed.

For the price I pay the coverage should be better than it is. Claims can take a little too long. All said and done this isn't a bad insurance. Just wish I got more for my money being that I am on a fixed income.

Spot Ins has always processed my claims quickly, like within a week! It’s so easy to upload your vet info and invoice. I’ve been very happy with Spot. Of course, the premium goes up quite a lot, but my fur baby is worth it!!

SPOT is very quick to respond and very quick to reimburse. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong though when filing a claim, because every time I have to resubmit info that I'd already submitted. In the end, the claims have been approved quickly and payments received timely as well. They have multiple plan options which is good as a provider. Overall a good plan. I'm happy so far.
