I just signed up so I don’t really have an opinion one way or another yet. I am still in my 14 day waiting period. Once I put in a claim I will be able to give a rating based on that experience.

With 2 claims submitted already, 1 closed because they stated they didn't receive paperwork in time, however we have the email showing it was sent. We will see how claim 2 goes. So far I am not impressed.

Liked the efficiency of getting this for my animals. The $500 deductible for each pet is a bit steep though.

Was asked to review 6 days in and haven't used it yet. I don't enjoy the "waiting period" especially if I have paid for it already. I guess time will tell what my experiences will be
