Very easy to submit claims and you hear back in a timely manner. It is a stress free way to have coverage for your beloved pet. If only human insurance could be this easy.

Easy Process
The process of submitting a claim was very easy and quick. My claim was processed within a matter of a few days, and my refund was deposited into my account quickly as well. Overall a very smooth and easy process.

This is our first time getting pet…
This is our first time getting pet insurance. It was very easy going online and getting a monthly price. I had a few questions and do I called the customer care phone number. Star was amazing! She answered all of my questions and put me to ease. She also helped me register! We have already seen the vet for our pies wellness exam and round of shots. We uploaded the information needed and heard a response quickly from Spot that our claim was accepted. So far, Spot has been a pleasure to work with! Thank you!
