The Spot website is confusing and hard to distinguish from all the other advertisers selling pet insurance.

The app does not work all the time
The app does not work all the time. The claim process seems long. Spot insurance, It’s just ok.

I had a hard time figuring out how to…
I had a hard time figuring out how to add a second dog… THEN I find out they can’t use the insurance for 3 weeks after paying for it. I feel stuck!

Hi Linda, you get a 10% discount for each additional pet that you insure. Accident and Illness coverage takes effect 14 days after your policy start date. Preventive Care, if you have added it to your base plan, takes effect the day after you are enrolled. You can quickly add a new pet to your account in the Member Center, or you can have us take care of it by calling 1-800-905-1595. Please reach out if you're still having any issues!

Mixed experience
Communication from Spot is good and the customer service representative (Rachel) was great! However the sign-up process was difficult since I had to juggle back and forth to find out prices for one or two cats and still didn't understand until checkout. I didn't realize I had to register until I got an email. And when I went to register, I had no idea of my number and the website told me that wasn't my zip code, which of course it was.

I'd like the information on getting…
I'd like the information on getting into my ins.policy .Everytime I put my email in it says it's the wrong ne ! It's the one I signed my dogs ip on .why can't I get into the customer portal .???
