Claim process was simple and payout was quick. Last thing I needed after dealing with a medical emergency with both of my dogs was any complications or push back from the insurance Co. Thank you for living up to your end of the bargain.. much appreciated

My invoices were sent to Spot on the same day and were combined by Spot so that I did not have to send each invoice individually. The response was very prompt, and I am awaiting my refund check. I will do a direct deposit next time. Spot is very easy to deal with, very professional and friendly.
