I’m very pleased with this insurance. Claims are handled quickly and the communication is great. I feel like I have a partner in my dog’s care.

We’ve only had to take in our little buddy Bruce twice this year for vet visits for one reason or the other. Spot has made it incredibly easy to submit claims and are prompt with response times. I’ve also called in the advice line and felt the staff is kind and knowledgeable. I am so glad we made the switch this year!

My dog needed dental surgery for a broken tooth - Spot quickly sent us our check for reimbursement. Very pleased!

I needed to file a claim for my French Bulldog Gracie. I had read the reviews and feel that they were dismal. I turned in Gracie's history and the current surgery she needed which was tumor removal in her gums and a few other "frenchie" items. I was reimbursed approximately 66% of the vet bill. I signed her up for emergency and accident insurance only. I felt that the reimbursement was completely fair. I had no problems with reimbursement and just received my check today - thus the review. I would rate Spot pet insurance a 5/5. I felt that they were fair and I received the judgement and payment relatively quickly. I have no complaints! Thank you for your help and assitance.

I have never had an issue receiving reimbursement for my claims. It is a very easy and user-friendly process.
