Easy to start but a headache to submit a claim
Picking the plan was easy and I really liked how they showed how much everything would be so you can pick the best coverage. What I don’t like is submitting a claim. I’ve been trying to submit my claim for 3 days now and it won’t load.

I want better access to my account
I want better access to my account. it keeps telling me my password doesn't match. it did at first. frustrating.

I thought I had signed up for…
I thought I had signed up for vaccination coverage... guess not. Other than that, it seems to be okay. About half the cost of my auto/home insurer. I'll see what happens when I have to use it.

Wish they had an option to have our…
Wish they had an option to have our pets covered at 8weeks. Instead of having to wait another 14 days before the insurance is effective. Allowing us to sign up our pet at 6weeks.

Yesterday my puppy felt from store cart…
Yesterday my puppy felt from store cart and I brought him to emergency and paid 236 dollars. When I tried to claim my reimbursement I received message that my coverage starts from May 10. I bought policy 3 days ago. That's why I don't like it

Don’t like different billing dates
I don’t like that I have different billing dates for insurance for my 3 dogs.
