SPOT has been such a support with my older rescue dog. They clearly separated pre-existing conditions from new ones, and unfortunately he ended up with a fair amount of complex new ones. It was well worth my monthly fee. They are very quick with processing. They stayed with me through the end, and I am very thankful for having a policy with them. I gave them 5 stars when I first got my dog, and just wanted to give them props again. I had 2 other pet insurances prior to SPOT that were terrible. SPOT truly is a 5 star company.

I am happy for the most part. After my last claim was in the review process only took two days to complete. I did an appeal for Jake's first depomedrol injection, it was given initially for Jake's arthritis, but as an added benefit it helped his dermatitis and hip. The vet had written in the note you received that was only for his dermatitis, the Vet sent a corrected letter stating that the injection was given for his arthritis. This was acouple months ago, I never received the outcome and nothing was added toward Jake's deductible for his first injection. The injections after that were added towards the deductible. I would be very happy to it this could be resolved and the amount added towards Jake's deductible. Thank you

Easy to understand website. Very clear coverage explanations and sign up process. Easy to submit claims and very fast reimbursements. Loved the explanation of benefits section.

Great experience when i added our new puppy to our policy. It was quick, easy, and the rep was incredibly helpful and professional.

I was so glad to get a very nice person on the phone. She was congenial and put me at ease. I already had one dog with Spot and I added her 2 sisters. She was so helpful and I hope that if I have to contact Spot again, I get her to help me! Sorry, but I don’t have her name. 🥺 But she had an accent that was great!
