TOO SLOW PROCESSING CLAIMS
Too slow processing claims. I asked my Vet's office to send me Bailey's records so I can scan them to Spot for faster processing.

very misleading sign up
It was not clear that I didnt have wellness included with my cat insurance, as the only other option was stated for dog care when signing up… this much for emergency circumstances for my indoor cats does not feel right. Now i’m locked in without the ability to change this for a year.

It’s very random how Spot pays claims
It’s very random how Spot pays claims. Some are fast without issues but a few of our claims we have had in appeals. We currently have 5 pets covered. Spot was fantastic with our belated cat - but with our dog it has been a struggle. Depending on the outcome of these appeals will determine if we continue with Spot. Right now I’m frustrated with Spot taking o an average of 9 days to process/pay. When we first joined it was 2-3 days.

No help with a mistake on YOUR end!!!!
I love the paybacks!! What I DO NOT like is when I first signed up I signed up for the $10,000 dollar plan. I was put on the $5,000 plan by mistake and NO ONE in the company would help me to change it!!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I picked the $10,000 plan for a REASON!! Now I am stuck paying out of pocket until June 2024!!! VERY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

My premium has gone up
My premium has gone up, while it seems my coverage has gone down.

It is too early for me to really say so i chose 3 to be neutral. Check back with me in October after i have had a chance to utilize the services.

No coverage 1st month
Did not realize that I would be paying a month in advance with no coverage. Should not have billed me until coverage took effect.

I bought your insurance July 29th and I…
I bought your insurance July 29th and I read that Lacy’s insurance would start 2 days after payment was made. But then I get an email saying it won’t start until the 12th of August. And plus I thought I signed her up for preventative insurance too. And what happened to 90% back on claims? I didn’t see anything about 70% back on claims. I will keep your insurance until I find a better one for lacy that’s up front with all the details.
