So easy to submit claims
Very easy to submit claims! I was expecting a lot of back and forth, or having to push for updates, get info from my vet, etc. but it was actually so easy to do right from my phone. The claims were processed and accepted in less than a month. Very happy with the service, and now I can focus my attention all on my cat’s health.

So glad I had spot they covered a. Emergency vet visit quickly the process was very easy. The claim was resolved and paid within 10 days. Spot recommended to me by my vet.

Love spot insurance
So glad we decided to get our puppy insurance, especially since our pup was diagnosed with bilateral elbow dysplasia. Customer service was great and filing a claim was fairly simple. They took care of everything and paid the claim in a timely manner. So glad we have spot insurance !

My puppy had to have surgery…
My puppy had to have surgery unexpectedly. I submitted all the paperwork for the claim and after the deductible the amount owed back to me was deposited to my account in a matter of a few days. Great response time.
