Prompt payments
December 2025 - Spot reviewed and approved veterinary claims quickly and once I hit my cat's deductible, made prompt reimbursement payments, including on emergency veterinary care that was quite pricey. I experienced no trouble or hassle and am so far pleased with their service.

The Best Pet Insurance
Affordable monthly pricing and it's very easy to submit a claim through the app. The turn-around time after submitting a claim is great too.
