Was such an easy process, I just uploaded all my receipts and vet documents through the app. About a week later my claim was approved and a few days after that I received my check via direct deposit. No hassle whats so ever and the processing time was a lot quicker than I was expecting. So thankful to have spot when my dog needed emergency surgery during the holiday season, having to cover all those expenses without reimbursement would have been so stressful.
