I don’t like that I pay extra for preventive care and only a very small percentage is covered especially vaccines. We give them to our pets so they don’t get severely sick. The insurance would have to pay out a lot more in costs if we don’t give our pets essential vaccines. Insurance should cover a larger percentage as they do for humans. Also drug plans should be available for pets.

If insurance cover 90% then it should be responsible of 90% of taxes as well, it doesn’t make sense that taxes are not covered of the amount they’re covering

The monthly rate jumped from $156.00 to $211.79. Otherwise service is good. But we are retired seniors and can’t keep it if it continues to go up. Going to start looking elsewhere for comparison.

It seems that you make information difficult to obtain. I just had a claim completed and I can't find the EOB to see how the claim was covered, what by deductible balance is, or a listing of remaining benefits. I don't know if this is intentional or if the app is difficult to navigate, or both. It seems that a claim completion would be much more informative.
