We had an emergency room visit with my dog for his back problem. The claim process was very straightforward. I emailed them my itemized bill from ER, medical history from our vet, set direct deposit to my bank account and in two days I got reimbursed. Definitely would recommend Spot.

Wow, during a very scary and unsure time SPOT Insurance came thru and made things feel better. Our love of our life and family therapist, HONEYGIRL, (6& 1/2 yr old goldendoodle) Had to have leg surgery and within a 2 week time period we were reimbursed the 90% of a $4900.00 bill.
