Claim response is slow..and while I understand the need for documentation a case of neutering that failed twice should be self explanatory and not need as much documentation backup .

This company is great! The only thing that I had a little bit of trouble with is when I would submit my invoices etc it always took so long and then they would reach out to the vet to ask for the same thing.. So it would often pend for a long period of time. My previous insurance just accepted the documents from the vet that I uploaded.

I'm very frustrated with the app. I had emergencies with my dog and it did not let me update any of the 4 claims . I had to call customer service and email everything which has delayed all the process and some of the claims haven't been even process it yet.

I love how quick my claims are handled. When I signed up, I was not aware or told there are different coverage amounts. Spot beat Trupanion monthly price with the wellness included and only one deductible a year but I was not aware my coverage was only 4000.00 total a year. Make sure you ask when applying. They offer different plans but I was not aware of this. Also Spot allowed a UTI after 180 days with no other incidence to be considered NOT pre existing. Very friendly customer service agents. I tell everyone about Spot.

I always had a problem with the services. Very few times could I even got the claims papers done correctly. Can you send me some forms through the mail instead?
