Always asking for more info...When you…
Always asking for more info...When you receive an itemized final invoice. The expectation is for you to see what applies to my policy and reimburse me. Medical notes is optional on your site so there shouldn't be a need for you to contact my vet and request more info. Getting off to a bad start I'll be taking my business elsewhere. No one needs the hassle.

We were able to cover your previous three claims in about a week’s time. We have set limits on reimbursements for preventative care. Please contact us if you need more information. Your pet insurance isn't the most…
Your pet insurance isn't the most inexpensive one as you claim! In fact, it is aboce average pricing so it isn't GOOD at all!

For our love ones.
I love my dog. I can't afford your insurance is too expensive. Not only yours all dog insurance are expensive. I'm on disability but I would like to have peace of mind knowing that my dog has insurance. The money you guys are asking that's how much my disability takes out of my check every month. Please have such consideration and try to help some animals.

This insurance was more expensive than…
This insurance was more expensive than my dog’s meniscus surgery. I did not buy the insurance I would not recommend it
