My recent experience was great
My recent experience was great. However, I will never forget when I first joined and was lied to about getting a $25 Amazon gift card for joining. That never happened and that lie lingers in the back of my head. I don’t appreciate hanging carrots that turn out to be lies.

I am satisfied to a point....but have complaints regarding claims
I am satisfied with the accessibility of customer service by phone. However, willingness to pay claims is below my expectations. I have been in dispute with you regarding classification of "illness/ailments" of one of my insured pets vs. qualifying covered medical conditions for some time (nearly $1,000.00 in denied claims). I have also initiated an appeal on at least one large denied claim which has been ongoing for over 75 days. I'm wondering why I pay for insurance.

Mixed Review on Claim Reimbursement
Claims are easy to file. Routine care reimbursement is easy. Medical claim reimbursement is NOT. - Currently dealing with a small medical claim, less than $400. They're asking for vet records going back to 2022. This dog wasn't born until June 2023.

Poorly Designed App
Their app is too limited. It did not allow me to input the paid invoice after I had uploaded the estimate. This caused me to have to exchange multiple needless emails with Spot just so I could send them the paid invoice. Other then that, they seem like an ok company. They just need to fix their app to work in the real world.

Had to complain before someone started…
Had to complain before someone started working on first claim. Got much less back than I expected on a different claim. And I cannot find an EOB! Other insurers are less complicated.

OK but definitely not the best
While you did approve the recent emergency Gucci had l, previously I had his teeth cleaned and you barely covered that expense with 28 dollars. I pay extra for wellness care and expected more than that!
