Fast review of claims and reassuring!!

I think it's great just fill out the forms scan in receipts and email it out. Easy step by step questions and great customer service when you have any questions.

Agents were very helpful, I submitted a claim, I waited about a week and had not heard anything, my claim said in process, when I called I was told I was missing documents, and as soon as I emailed my missing documents, the claim was processed right away and direct deposited into my bank account.

I love that I get to choose what I want my monthly payment to be and my deductible and my max per year. Spot has always paid for my pups medical bills and it has been a lifesaver.

Easy to file and claims are processed quickly. No issues, all good news!!

Worked as advertised!

Last year I spent quite a bit of time reviewing pet insurance companies. It was no easy feat but am thrilled to have selected Pet Spot for my cat Cali. In mid-January 2026 had to take her to the vet twice. I submitted my claim and received covered reimbursement one week later. Customer service was extremely helpful in assisting me. The on-line claim process was clear and easy to follow. The coverage was exactly as stated within my policy and I am extremely pleased and have peace of mind going forward knowing Cali is covered for future needs. I recommend Pet Spot without hesitation.
