They need to be a little bit more careful when they're writing up a claim because they read my own wrong and charged my dog for something that they didn't get

It seems fine but my policy which was originally with Prudent pet insurance was sold to Spot pet insurance. I picked Prudent for a reason and should have a say whether I’m ok or not for my policy to be sold.

Easy to file claims and reasonable response time. Reimbursement isn’t great especially with monthly rates to keep coverage.

Your payment system is too slow. You demand information I would not have (medical records from before my pet was born) and I must wait until the vet staff has time to collect this information and reply. This must stop. The vet makes the decision and then informs me so I can say yes or no. Your job (requirement) is to pay what I said yes.

Processing times seem long. I had to appeal some of my claims that eventually were reimbursed.
