Refusing to pay for a hereditary condition. It's impossible to have insurance on an animal that you don't have yet. I took my new pet to my vet for a check up before I purchased insurance. Now he has a hereditary problem but the insurance doesn't want to cover it because he had it before insurance went into effect. It's a hereditary condition he was born with.

I am not very happy with the experience I've had with spots so far you advertise quick reimbursements I don't feel that this is true I filed my first claim on July 19th of 2022 I am still waiting for my check from that

We make every effort to process claims as quickly as possible and sometimes first-time claims take slightly longer due to us needing the medical records from your vet. Our records show you should have received reimbursement by 8/12 so if you still have not received it please contact us at 1-800-905-1595 and we can look in to this for you!
