Wish there was a way to speak to a representative. Maybe even at first sign up because someone like me this is all new to me. Also the claims process has been super delayed. My first claim I sent in is still being reviewed and it’s been 4 weeks but I submitted an emergency visit invoice with my pup and the turn around was a couple days. So I’m unsure what the difference was . I’m still very new with this insurance company but they haven’t made me run away yet :)

Overall I am happy with service. Peace of mind knowing that my fur baby is covered. The Sam's prescription benefit saves a lot of money for heartworm prevention and the preventative add on has been great for those health checkup. They do process claims, just not fast and not everything is covered. Raised rates after first year with only using preventative service. I will see if this increase do continue then there will be a point the premium will no longer make sense. For now I am happy.

After I mentioned to the agent to verbally slow down a bit he did great but these agents read through this stuff all day day in and day out and so that people can absorb things better, I believe it would be best for them to speak to customers a bit slower and try to get the feel of it better and read as though they are actually speaking but not reading and to EXPECT the customer to respond more with questions between each thing that has been explained, not that they need to give much longer silence between each statement but in their minds,BE PREPARED to stop speaking more often to just allow a second or two for the costumer to react with a question about what was just explained. Otherwise he was great, understanding and friendly.

Very pleased with the prompt response.

It is very easy to file a claim but your turn around time to process and complete takes longer than I feel it should take.

So far looks like it was a good decision for us to get insurance for our pet.

I had some preliminary issues with Spot as they mixed up my two cat's records but once we got it situated they have been quick to review claims and reimburse me. Rates have gone up and they don't warn you as they automatically increase without warning. But, overall they are good and I suspect that all pet insurance companies are the same.
