Absolute trash! Garbage company. DO NOT USE! Denied my entire claim and reimbursed me $0 when my pet had to have an emergency surgery for an abscessed/infected tooth. So now on top of paying for the $1400 surgery I had to pay the premier for this insurance that I received zero benefits for, because there wasn't "a long enough vet history." Find a new insurance or just plan to pay out of pocket.

Price increase of more than 20% for second dog unrealistic as it is younger, same breed, same location. Cancelled 8 hrs after adding policy after speaking with two reps for reason for cost increase and nothing logical was given. Looking for other insurance for other dog. Lost my business.

They wrongfully denied my dogs multiple eye surgeries claiming "preexisting conditions" when none exist. Even had a note from our Vet detailing how there are no preexisting conditins.$8,000+ is owed to us and there is no way to get in contact with any human being, your only option to get in contact with an actual person appears to be bringing a massive corporation to court.

When they are claims that are pricier they do not process the claims. After repeated calls and sending documents, they do not move my claim along. It gets stuck in the processing phase with no resolution. Terrible and a waste of money.

Not worth it. Even when you have a licensed veterinarian assess and diagnose an injury as a traumatic ACUTE ACCIDENT injury with zero prior conditions or symptoms in 2 year old dog. It won’t be covered under your ACCIDENT insurance due to their fine print. Save your money to pay for it yourself instead of being stuck with both insurance bill and treatment costs for your pet. They are a scam that functions off assumption even when the injury is deemed an accident off their provided definition. So far, having great response time through wagmo.

I am most disappointed with the coverage by Spot. Conditions that were reversable have been denied as pre-existing. All my claims have been denied as pre-existing for a 3 year old dog. They don't want to pay out any claims that they can deny without just cause. I've been paying for this insurance the past year and a half and it has not been worth it. I would have been better off putting the money in a savings account.

I have not been able to get in my account since May. i have called to get help and still can't log in to my account. Something has changed and i have tried several times. Can't get passed the code part. I'm getting tired of going back into my email getting the code and back to the place to put the code in and it doesn't work.

The representative was not helpful at all. When I asked for clarification, she seemed confused and only responded to things I hadn't even asked about.
