Very efficient in their entire process. I was very surprised at their speed of processing my claim when my furry baby was diagnosed with diabetes and I had to had to settle a huge vet bill. The money was efficiently deposited in my account soon after I had provided SPOT with the bill.

Careful attention to detail all the way through from sales, setup, customer service to underwriting, means a well run business thats competitive and a good deal for the customer. The process was easy to submit and track a claim. The claim got paid pretty fast too. Very convenient.

My claim was processed, reimbursement received promptly, and as per policy. There were no surprises other than how quickly this was completed. Also, the representative who assisted me was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, caring, and very helpful.

I have been going through a lot with my dog and I am so glad I chose Spot insurance as my coverage. You guys are quick & fare when filling claims & getting reimbursed in certain situations. Wish I would of gotten coverage in the past on my other dogs. You guys are also decently priced to where it is affordable if you pick & choose what you really need to be covered.
