They paid exactly what they were supposed to pay. The main problem I had was uploading documents they needed in the app. The file was always too big. But I was able email them. Another small issue was they requested documents multiple times when I had already sent them. But overall I was very pleased. They processed the claim quickly.

It takes some time to process the claims. That’s my only concern. Otherwise Spot has literally been a lifesaver for my sweet puppy.

I am pleased for the most part with everything but I was disappointed in the coverage for the yearly heartworm and parasite test.

I wouldn't say I had a great experience but a bit disappointed one ,due to the fact that I put in a claim Spot would say they didn't receive the receipt they needed even though I sent them multiple times . Finally a family member helped me by calling them and strongly ask why they wouldn't reimburse me for my claim . Then I was sent reimbursement. I don't like to raise my voice at anyone, but I guess that's how the world workes now.

Spot is super easy to use and has saved me one too many times with my pup! I’m an anxious puppy mom so when i have to run to emergency for her i can rest easy knowing spot will save me money

In general, it works very well. You upload the information to the system, and within a few days, you receive the reimbursements. My suggestion would be that for those of us who don’t understand much about how insurance works, the policy could be more explanatory.
