A+ They have been fair and responsive
They have been fair and responisve. I had one claim and they reimbursed me a fair part and the teeth cleaning I had done for Odie had a 150 dollar allowance for Teeth cleaning when I added the Platinum rider. SO yeah. Spot pet insurance is legit and they are a great company to deal with. I hope I will never need them for major diseases/illnesses but if I do, I am glad I chose this company! Thanks, Brian and Odie.

I'm glad I got my insurance through Spot

Clam paid fast
I cannot get over how quickly they paid my claim. Less than a week to make a decision! When you already have to deal with the trauma of an emergency admit, knowing you have reliable instance just alleviates some of that stress.
