Love how quick you got back to me on the claim I submitted. There was a problem with not getting reimbursed for the yearly exam. I contacted Spot and after review the exam was covered.

I submitted my claim on line a few days later and found it to be quite easy. It just felt like the process to get paid took a while. I highly recommend people submit their checking info so they don't have to wait for a check in the mail. I highly recommend Spot Pet Insurance for anyone that is looking to purchase pet insurance in the future.

I love how easy it is to process the claims. I just would like to see more money coming back to me when I do place a claim. If I were to save what I pay and then pay as my dog needs care I would actually have more money.....which I am really considering.....
