The Wellness policy needs to be overhauled. Like "old" school insurance the ROI doesn't exist. What could be a useful plan is not. The reimbursement was quite small compared to the check up. That against the yearly premium is upside down. The saying a ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

Claim handling is slightly ridiculous. I changed to this company due to the slow claim handling I had experience with others, there is no difference here. I am weighing other options going forward.

The wait time for rebursment, Complications sending bill ,they want to see itemized items. Really don't get back what you put into the service. Will probably find a better Plan for my babies

Spot Ins. Does not have the proper information on my web sight, so all info including premium is confusing. First of all my dog Heidi is not a male. Secondly, she will be 7 yrs. old in 2 days. Please put the correct info. especially my premium amount on my web site. Thanks
