My cat broke his hip and required…
My cat broke his hip and required surgery. I was worried the insurance process might be complicated or difficult. However Spot processed my reimbursement in a week. I just did a simple online form with my receipts. Spot requested the records. My reimbursement was direct deposited all in about a week. I was pleasantly surprised!

I just submitted the bill from my vet…
I just submitted the bill from my vet for Max's operation and follow-up visits and it was quickly processed and paid. This was a relief as the bill was several thousand dollars. I am glad that we have Spot to help with the unexpected.

Clear expectations and quick reimbursement!
They were clear on what was needed from the vets office to finalize the transaction! The reimbursement was quick and easy which I was thankful for since I had never had pet insurance prior.
