This app was easy to use and provided enough space to explain medical issues asking to be covered. Their response to my receipt was timely, and the claim processing was, too. I would recommend this pet insurance.

I had a representative that helped me step-by-step to file my claim and she was very nice and very patient with me and told me exactly what to do and what to mark on my claim and then gave me my number so I could submit my records

Spot Insurance surprised me!! I filled out the claim on my phone. Attached the Vet bills and watched the app for the progress. I got notified when the payment would be processed to my bank. I wish my insurance was that easy. Thank you Spot!!

I filed my first claim with Spot Pet Insurance after paying monthly premiums for nearly two years. I am not the kind of person who schemes for insurance payments in efforts to enrich myself. I am very reluctant to file claims with any insurance other than health care. Having entered the claim for my dog’s fractured tooth and cleaning, the program advised me that I would have to submit my dog’s entire medical record to complete the claim filing. My first thought was: “here we go, the first of many hurdles and red tape.” I was however, pleasantly surprised that the claim was approved only a couple of days later without my having to gather records, scan and send them. Spot let me know that a check was coming in the mail. I take good care of my dog and am honest with my insurance claims and I feel that Spot treated me accordingly.

I’m new to the spot family and so far it’s been good. Quick response and processing of claims. As of right now I’m very happy and thankful to have spot for my babies.
