Better than others
Pricing is better than others after my research and analysis. But pet insurance coverage, overall, is not what it used to be. The days of 90% coverage for the entire bill are gone. Nowadays, it’s like co-pays. Customer service is ok too.

Slow process times
Slow process times, no EOB (initially), annual check-up should include bloodworks/fecal tests without being a higher tier.

I don't like that you don't get option…cancel policy
I don't like that you don't get option to cancel policy. I should able to do this if I want.

Smokey and Bandit Wellness Exam
This was our first claim. It was for a Wellness exam. We thought SPOT would cover most if not all of the wellness exam. The reality is they covered about 50%. Sad but true. Claim was processed in a timely manner thus three stars.

Easy to file claim
Easy to file claim. Quick return on claim. Can use anybody. No explanation why claim may need more info. Preventive not enough coverage.. for 22.00 extra a month even going to cheap shots doesn’t cover enough. I am located in California. See better coverage at lemonade for prevention

Is Wellness benefit really worth the cost?
Process was completed in timely manor, but I am really debating removing the wellness benefit. The math just doesn't really match up between vet and premium cost v.s. payout.

george gets monthly shots now and its…
george gets monthly shots now and its very difficult to get the claim form sent ..this recent one actually went ok .... its the first time with no issues
