So far I've had the full coverage including preventative care and I don't find it very helpful. It is very difficult as well to submit a claim presently the website won't allow me to get the claim submitted. It wastes my time and is frustrating.

Every claim I put in is said to have contacted that for more information. I have seen the emails the vet has sent and then I get a response from the insurance saying they didn’t receive any responses from the vet and that the claim was denied I will be canceling shortly and going with another company as I now have a lot of bills to pay due to paying for an insurance that doesn’t cover anything.

Every claim is a hassle. You have to go through a lengthy appeal process each time you have a claim. I would think twice before signing up.

Most claims are denied and when we signed up we were told that the puppy package would cover most of the costs of vaccines but we are not told it would only cover the 1st time our puppy receive the vaccine. So we only were covered for the first of 3 vaccination visits.

Long wait time to process claim and when it was complete no eob attached called and asked for one also was processed incorrectly as I paid extra for coverage. Very frustrating

Very disappointed in the reimbursement amounts. I paid for a good quality of coverage (as I thought) and reimbursement was not much. I will be shopping around because if something major happens I don’t want to have to worry if I am getting reimbursed.
