Not easy to work with or get the correct reimburstment. Very disappointed that you can’t keep accurate records and ask for the same information over and over again just to delay payment

My young, healthy, happy dog became suddenly ill requiring emergency hospitalization and life saving medical treatment and surgery. If I didn’t have this insurance, I may not have been able to continue the treatments. But he is home and recovering. It was easy to submit the claim in the app and reimbursement was processed in a timely manner.
