Premiums were reasonable. The insurance and claim process is all online easy to understand enrollment and making claims. Claim processing was exactly at amount as expected.

Great plans, app is easy to use!
The app is super easy to use, and customer service and processing of claims are both great. My only regret is not starting the plans when my dogs were younger, but I've appreciated SPOT!!

Great company!
My husband and I have been very happy with Spot Insurance for our dog. Every claim has been processed timely and accurately in relation to the policy we purchased. The claim submission process is easy with bills and office notes uploaded online with no difficulties and payment received in a timely manner!
