The policy itself provides peace of mind, allowing to choose the best treatment for your pet without worrying about the bull. Submitting claims and receiving payouts are a breeze. No back and forth and hassling.

Large Claims came through in 2 weeks!
Been with them for 3 years and haven’t had any problems/claims with my dog. He then had severe GI issues, spent a day in the hospital and multiple vet visits and medicine. It was great knowing that 80% of the cost was going to be taken care of and focusing on getting my dog healthy.

I had a big emergency with my girl

The first time we used the insurance…
The first time we used the insurance for Spirit, we received excellent help in complaining the required form and were provided with a refund even though the form had multiple vet invoices.

No Nonsense!
We submitted our claim and it was a no nononsense process for the approval. They did not hassle or argue anything which was the last thing we needed after having a pretty big surgery on our boy. Thank you Spot for making it so easy and stress free to get our refund.
