Quick service on claims
Quick service on claims. I submitted a few claims for the first time and wow, very impressed with the quick turn around. I am very pleased. I hope I don't have anymore claims for obvious reasons, kitties please stay healthy! But knowing the insurance I have is reliable makes it easier to deal with anything that comes up.

Great Response Time
I submitted my claim and heard back that it was processed within two weeks. Everything was very easy and I did not have any trouble submitting my claim.
