The company sent me the wrong item. I sent the customer service two emails requesting a return shipping label to correct the issue and received zero response.

I purchased an Alpha Industries NY Yankees jacket at the end of November 2025. It took days to arrive in the UK but Ash Camal did not put the item as a gift and there were taxes to be paid to DHL. I order items from the US all the time and never have taxes to pay. I refused the taxes and the item was returned on the 11 December 2025 to the store. It is now 5 January and they are ignoring my emails and requests for a refund despite an early email saying they will refund returned items. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER, REFUND OR REPLY TO YOUR MESSAGES. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, USE A TRUSTED RETAILER AND NOT THIS CHEAP IMITATION STORE.

They took a order from me for 170 dollars, sent me some bogus message claiming fraud and cancelled it with plenty of proof I sent them right away , then had the nerve to claim I asked them to cancel it , I better have my money in my legit account in 5 days or im bringing them to court for fraud

Terrible business! I found them through a google search while I was looking for a Mitchell & Ness Jersey. In Google Shopping they're running an ad that shows the jersey with an active discount code called "Cyber-Sale". I clicked the add and tried to buy two jerseys ($600). The code wouldn't work. I called and asked for help and the person I spoke to was a total creep. Basically said the code was off and didn't care they were still running the campaign. The funniest part is they're paying google daily to run the campaign! I'll happily take my business elsewhere!
