Ordered a Nolan Ryan baseball for my husband. Process was very easy and it arrived on time. The case for the baseball arrived broken but he uses another type anyway. Do not need a case but thank you!

Very positive experience ordering from these guys. They had what I was looking for, it shipped promptly, and the communication from time of order until I had it in my hands was great every step of the way. I have a few more jerseys in mind as additions to my collection and I can confidently say this site will be my first stop.

I was impressed by the attitude conveyed to me by Mr. Joe Poppolla who spoke to me with regard to my order and my returning it for a refund. He asked why? accepted my reason and assured me that it would be taken care of. He followed up with an invitation to consider his web site as a future resource for memorabilia. That is why I rated the experience high, we live in a time where ordering on line is at times stoic and without personal contact. Fortunately this was not the case.

I was very impressed with this company. It was my first time making a purchase through them but it won't be my last. The entire process was so fast and easy. I found what I wanted, paid for it, and within the hour I had and email with tracking. I love service like that. I would 100% highly reccomend this company.

My wife and I have been shopping with Sports Integrity on eBay and on their online store for years. Recently bought an autographed Bobby Orr photograph and am very pleased with the item as well as the authentication certificate that came with it. Customer service was great, and I will continue to buy here again! Thank you very much!

Had what was at the beginning a bad experience due to them not having the item I ordered in stock. They handled everything in a timely and professional manner and through communication, even with the president of the company, we were able to resolve the issue in a satisfactory fashion. Would absolutely do business with this company in the future. unfortunately things happen, but it is how you handle these things that matter. A+++ for this company and their customer service and many thanks!! Mike Palughi
