Received a signed football the signature was smeared and had a cut on the bottom quarter panel of the ball. No one answers my emails and when I call goes to a full answer machine. One time I called someone answered said he was the owner and would take care of the problem but after 2 weeks nothing. Would like the ball replaced as it was for my 11 year old son but money back would work
