We would like to find out exactly what happened with your shipment, determine how we can fix this for you right away, and identify where our internal process broke down so this does not happen again. We value your business and look forward to resolving this for you quickly. ————- Update: we were able to identify your order and investigate the situation. Your order was split in two parts with one part sent by us (already shows as delivered) and the other part being shipped from Walther warehouse directly to you. Walther confirmed receipt of the order on 3rd and indicated that shipping will take place within 1-2 business days. We haven’t received a tracking number yet to pass it to you which is probably due to long weekend. We do apologize for the breakdown in communication not alerting you of order split last week.
