UPS 3 Day Select is calculated in business days, not including weekends, so the delivery window began Monday, September 15. Your package was delivered Wednesday, September 17, which is within, and ahead of, UPS's 3-business-day timeframe. Tracking updates were available throughout the shipment. Shipping rates and delivery timeframes are set by UPS based on the service selected at checkout. For orders that aren't time-sensitive, we recommend our standard ground option, which is significantly more economical. Hi Hasan! Your order came at 9:30pm on Thursday and we shipped it on Friday with UPS 2nd Day Air service as you requested. This service from UPS implies 2 business days delivery which excludes weekend delivery . Moreover we cannot control or guarantee any delays that UPS may experience. Looks like the parcel was delivered on Tuesday afternoon.

Hi Guido - sorry to hear about your negative experience. We were closed for a few days leading to Christmas and all of the orders that came during that period were processed after we were back. There was a notice posted to that effect but you probably missed it. Your order did ship with second day service once we reopened on 25th
